About Dr. Quesada

Dr. Quesada completed her dermatology training with a strong foundation in medical dermatology, allowing her to manage a wide range of skin concerns—from common conditions such as acne, eczema, and pigmentary disorders, to more complex and chronic dermatologic diseases such as psoriasis and immunobullous disease. She remains actively engaged in continuing medical education, attending local and international dermatology conferences to stay current on foundational sciences, clinical guidelines and emerging dermatological innovations.

She obtained her medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in 2008, and finished her medical internship at the Makati Medical Center as one of the Top 10 Most Outstanding Interns in 2009.

She then completed her Residency Training in Dermatology at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in 2012. During this time, she became Chief Resident, headed the Psoriasis Club for patients, & had a clinical dermatology rotatorship at the University of Louisville School of Medicine - Division of Dermatology, Kentucky, USA.

She ranked First Place nationwide in the Philippine Dermatology specialty board examinations in 2013, & was given a Global Education Award by the International Society of Dermatology at the 2013 International Congress of Dermatology for her research in acne.

Dr. Quesada’s approach to dermatology is shaped not only by formal training, but also by personal experience. Having lived with a chronic skin condition herself, she understands the physical discomfort and emotional burden that skin disease can bring. This perspective informs her practice, where careful listening, clear explanations, and collaborative decision-making are central to every consultation.

She believes that good dermatologic care should be both scientifically sound and deeply humane. Patients can expect thorough evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and honest discussions about options, expectations, and outcomes. Her goal is not only to treat skin disease, but to help patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their care.

As a proud autism parent and passionate advocate for neurodiversity, Dr. Quesada is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible clinical environment. Her practice is welcoming of neurodivergent individuals and patients with sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or special needs. Reasonable accommodations—such as modified appointment flow or communication preferences—may be requested in advance to help ensure a comfortable and respectful visit.

In addition to in-clinic consultations, Dr. Quesada offers teledermatology services for appropriate conditions, providing patients with flexible access to expert dermatologic care. This may be ideal for neurodiverse individuals who may be overwhelmed in new environments, night shift workers, busy families, and anyone who prefers remote care.

Whether addressing a long-standing skin concern or a new issue, Dr. Quesada partners with her patients to deliver care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to real lives.
