What does Dr. Quesada specialize in?

Dr. Quesada is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult and pediatric conditions of the skin, hair, and nails.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

If there are time slots still available at the clinic branch of your choice, you can get a same-day appointment. If you have a specific time slot in mind, let us know so we can accommodate you if possible.

What are the payment options at the clinics?

Clinic Consult: Payment is settled after the consultation (cash, GCash, BPI online transfer, debit/credit card) Virtual Consult: Payment is required upon booking (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, debit/credit card)​ Note: Debit/credit card transactions are channeled through the NowServing platform & incur additional processing fees.

How do I order medications/products from the clinic?

Here are a few ways you can order products from the clinics: 1. Click on the "Order Form" button you will find on this page. Make sure to correctly fill up all the details. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss payment & delivery details. 2. Contact the clinic of your choice to check the availability of the product and to place your order directly with the secretary. 3. Send us a message via the NowServing app, or via our Facebook/Instagram accounts. 4. Take a screenshot of your shopping cart & email to quesadaderm@gmail.com, including your name and contact number.

Does Dr. Quesada offer online consultations?

Aside from on-site consultations at her physical clinics, Dr. Quesada is partnered with NowServing/SeriousMD, a secure telemedicine platform where online consultations are done via real-time video calls (a unique, personal link for the NowServing mobile app will be sent to you after booking an appointment). For better assessment, you will be asked to send high-resolution photos of your skin condition thru the NowServing app or via email (quesadaderm@gmail.com) prior to your appointment. Rest assured that all photos and information you share will be accessed only by Dr. Quesada and will be kept confidential according to data privacy laws.

Can I walk in to a clinic without an appointment?

At the main Pasay clinic, walk-ins are accepted but those with appointments are prioritized. For the clinics at St. Dominic Medical Center and Cavite East Asia Medical Center, patients are seen on a "First Come, First Served" basis. In all clinics, booking an appointment is recommended because of the following benefits: 1. it reduces waiting time & risk of exposure to infectious diseases 2. there will be no need to fill out registration forms 3. you will be informed when clinic begins, and if there are any delays/changes in the schedule

How much is the consultation fee?

Virtual Clinic: P850 Main (Pasay) Clinic: P800 Cavite East Asia Medical Center (formerly Southeast Asian Medical Center): P750 St. Dominic Medical Center: P1000 Accredited HMO's are accepted at the hospital clinics only (Cavite East Asia Medical Center and St. Dominic Medical Center). For the Virtual Clinic, Medicard is the only HMO accepted.

How do I receive the products I ordered?

After payment is settled, patients/clients within and around Metro Manila can pick up their packages at the clinic personally, or book a courier service such as Grab Express or Lalamove. For provincial addresses, we can send packages via LBC. Courier charges apply.
